My Vinyasa
It's a choreography, a dance that will harmonize your body, mind, and breath. My Vinyasa classes will invite you to let go of your thoughts. Come release your tension and rediscover inner space. Your breath will guide each movement and create a soothing flow. Little by little, your body will become strong and grounded, and your mind will be stable and calm.
Awaken the energy
Vinyasa invites the body to glide from one movement to the next, like a breath that deepens. Energy flows more freely, and a gentle vitality is reborn from within.
Build strength
In this constant dialogue between breath and movement, muscles are toned without being strained. The body strengthens with fluidity. Each posture reveals an inherent strength.
Soothes the nervous system
Combined with breathwork, Vinyasa reduces stress, calms the mind, and regulates the nervous system. Tensions are released. A lasting sense of inner peace settles in.
While learning is endless, there's always a beginning. I initially trained with Mathieu Boldron for 200 hours. I then regularly attended his workshops for further development and refinement. I also completed Frédérique Deblandre's 200-hour training, which was taught by instructors such as Isabel Huenul, David Nakache, and Stéphanie Viu-Kessler. I trained in Yin yoga with Amélie Annoni.
And even 10 years later, it's still only just beginning...
