My Aerial Yoga
Let yourself drift, breathe, relax. In the hammock, everything changes. You will lose your bearings and manage to see things from a different perspective.
A truly supportive and enveloping experience, the hammock will help your body stretch and unwind. Your mind will lighten, and your heart will open a little wider.
In the hammock, you will learn to trust yourself. You will learn to let go. You will become stronger but also lighter.
The hammock will become your refuge, offering a suspended interlude, a moment just for you. A moment where you'll finally be able to breathe differently, deeply!
Decompression
Unique support, the hammock relieves body weight and stretches the spine. This suspended relaxation releases muscle tension, relaxes the back, and provides a rare feeling of lightness.
Strengthening and Stretching
Supported by the fabric, the body works fluidly: deep muscles are activated, and support is stabilized. It's a way to acquire strength and alignment without ever putting undue stress on the joints.
Strengthens self-confidence
Aerial yoga invites you to let go safely, to allow yourself to be carried, to explore unusual sensations. Inversions are made easier.
Aerial yoga came to me. It wasn't part of my plan. Leaving the earth and my mat to take to the air seemed completely absurd to me. Just a fad, nothing more. It was a revelation. Several training courses followed, over the years...
My first training was at the "Fly Yoga" school in Paris in 2018. Then I headed to Lyon to reconnect with Sydney Martinie at Zen Space. After that, I trained with Chloé Bloom and Thomas Vandeville. I'm also greatly inspired on a daily basis by Melissa Delattre, who lives on Réunion Island, and by Jessi Rae in the United States.
