I am a passionate person who lives life at 100 miles an hour. Between my jobs as a journalist, yoga teacher and now practitioner in Reflexology and Kobido Massage, I am also a mother who needs to be present to support her son on a daily basis.
Even though it's not an easy and natural exercise, I've decided to tell you about myself, where I come from, who I am, and where I would like us to go... together.
Nothing predestined me to work in front of the cameras.
Being rather reserved by nature and knowing no one in this field, it took a good deal of courage for me to present my first weather forecast. It was in February 2000 on the weather channel.
I didn't know it yet, but the ball was rolling, the path had been found. However, before weather forecasting, I had other experiences: I participated in the adventures of AlloCine and TF6, presented programs for RTL2, AB Productions, Infosport, and even France 3 IDF. In short, a journalist's life, sometimes moving from one station to another in the same day.
Six years later, on May 6, 2006, I presented my first weather report on bfmtv, the channel's first weather program. I would stay there for almost 20 years. This fledgling channel would become like a second family to me.
Today I regularly appear on CNews, to continue practicing this profession that I love, facing the camera, and always focused on you…
It was in 2000… my first hour on the mat: a revelation! pushing myself, going beyond my physical and mental limits, bringing mobility and strength to this body, which although young, desperately lacked it.
The sense of well-being I experienced, the sense of pushing my limits, the understanding of movement, and the discovery of breath... such a vast horizon opened up before me... and an endless path. Yet, I was far from imagining at the time that one day I, too, would teach this practice. Years passed, and from being a dedicated practitioner, I became a mother, and I had to dedicate more time to my career as a journalist, somewhat neglecting the mat. It was only so I could rediscover it in 2017.
One day, in a studio in Boulogne-Billancourt, I asked Aria and Gus (Ariusyoga) who could train me? Their unequivocal answer: the best at the moment is Mathieu Boldron. His first "Change Perspective" training started in January 2018. I was there.
With diplomas in Vinyasa Yoga and Aerial Yoga in hand, she was off. A new future was taking shape alongside her work in the TV studios.
In 2024, I expanded my wellness practice to include foot reflexology, followed by Kobido massage in 2025. I found a wonderful complementarity with yoga, a true coherence: practices that respond to and nourish each other, offering holistic support that is even more comprehensive and profoundly human.
